2 bedroom, 2 balcony apartment at the back of the building complex surrounded by trees which keeps it quiet and private.

One balcony is attached to the rooms which is used for clothes drying, whilst the other is attached to the lounge room and used for leisure.

Bedroom can be furnished with a bed if need, the first picture in the listing is an old one and doesn't come with a dog :(

This corner of the apartment has a tree outside the balcony so you're not looking at someone else's apartment, whilst facing east you'll be woken by the sun rising.

Bathroom has shower, toilet and spa bath in one, which you would share with me and my partner.

Kitchen has a small fridge, dishwasher, stove top, air fryer, slow cooker, toaster, microwave and kettle. Connected to the kitchen is a door with a hidden washing machine, and you are free to dry your clothes on the small clothes hanger on the balcony or make use of the public washing line at the side of the building.

Loungeroom is a large enough relaxing space for 3, a small dinning table used for eating or work, and if you like music a set of decks in the corner.
Netflix, Prime and Disney accessible on the TV.
WiFi available if needed.

Onsite parking is occasionally available, with some street parking.

Lastly we have a very affectionate cat, if you sit down she will most probably ask for pats.
