About the property
Hi, I'm Abbie and I'm looking to rent my spare room to friendly, tidy and chilled folks for short stays.
The room is a sunny, furnished double bedroom (for one person) in my bright art deco flat in Bondi.
Rent is $690/week including all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. The room comes furnished with a queen-size bed, big mirrored built-in wardrobe and a desk.
We have loads of big windows bringing beautiful natural light and breeze through the apartment. There is a grassy back garden and the front terrace gets full sun for your morning coffee. It's a quiet building and neighbours are friendly and chilled.
It's a 15 min walk to the sands of Bondi Beach, 5 mins from the fun bars and shops of Bondi Road and 15 mins walk to Bondi Junction station. Parking is on the street but I don't have too much trouble finding something.
Sorry, no pets, and I can only accommodate ONE person; no couples, families or friends sharing the room, it's not going to work in the place.

Hi, I'm Abbie. I'm originally from Sydney, and after a few years living in Barcelona, London, Edinburgh and a little town in Ecuador, I've been settled here by the beach since 2018.
I'm 42 and fairly active, going to yoga or the gym or a swim in the ocean most days. I work as a designer at a university and I work from home 1-2 days a week, with most days in the office. I'm looking to share my space with mature, tidy and peaceful people who have a similar mindset and want to enjoy the good beach life.
