The room is a generous double with a comfortable double bed, side table, a small desk, walk in wardrobe, a private toilet and vanity. The shower /bath is to be shared with one other person.
The rest of the house is fully furnished with a separate lounge and a huge well equipped kitchen/dining, that opens out to a leafy private courtyard.
Separate laundry with washing machine accessed from courtyard.
Looking for an easy going considerate housemate used to living in shared environment and all that entails.
