About the flatmates

Hiya,
I'm a 30y.o. female who works in the city half the week, from home the other half. I come as a package deal with a 16 y.o cat. She's really beautiful and so sweet, but also a bit sick - so can only be for those that really like & appreciate animals (she can be a bit messy times).

I'm applying for the apartment and I've been accepted on the grounds that a second person also signs the lease (from a financial standpoint). I'd be taking the smaller room, and also already own most of the furniture, incl. a potential bed. So, I'd be posing a 60/40 split for the rent. Happy to work in with you on furniture though, if you also have some. The washing machine facilities are currently under works, and there's no space to bring my current machine, so the owners have offered a $50 rent discount until the communal facilities are back up and running. Bills not included, but based on my current place, my guestimate is around $25/wk.

I'm fairly chatty but also not home all too often, as I'm fairly active and have a busy social life 😊 If I am home, I'm likely binging TV shows or watching movies with my current housemate.
Sometimes my friends also do come around, but with fair warning (they're all really great people and my past 2 housemates have also really loved them).

My previous two housemates have become my friends and have been amazing to live with, but both have moved either for a relationship or for work. Sadly, my current housemate is staying behind because our place works better for his job (walking distance). We're both sad about it.

Happy to chat more and answer any questions. Hope to meet you soon!
