• Quiet hours: 10pm-8am, no guests during quiet hours
• No smoking / vaping indoors, no pets, no loud parties
• No illegal activities or crypto mining
• E-bikes, e-scooters, rechargeable vapes MUST use chargers with Australian Regulatory Compliance Mark
• Cleaning duties shared (or small fee to opt out)

2. Is transport to your work convenient from Bossley Park?
3. Intended stay duration? (3 month minimum required)
4. Intended move-in date?
5. When can you inspect?
6. Are you OK with single occupancy (1 person per room), house rules and cash payment?
7. Are you currently experiencing any cold, flu, cough, or other contagious symptoms?

Once I have these details, I can schedule a suitable inspection time.
