The unit is in a clean, well-maintained building in a quiet unit block, with a private laundry downstairs (that we use for extra storage too).
It is 25 minutes to the CBD, 15 minutes to Maroubra Beach, 20 minutes to Coogee and Clovelly Beach and 15 minutes to Zetland East Village and many other shops and cafes.
It has a great sized lounge room, with a big comfy couch, a nice kitchen with a little pantry and ample storage space (fridge, pots, pans, glassware etc), a fresh bathroom with a separate shower and bath and a dining area with a 4-6 person table.
The bedroom is furnished with a new comfy double bed, a bedside table and lamp, a big built in, a large window, 2 x chest of drawers and a smart TV.

I am a 31 year old female who owns this unit and am looking to rent out my second bedroom as my roommate is off to do her farm work then is potentially moving to Queensland or off to travel the world.
I love watching tv, cooking, catching up with friends, going to the beach etc- all the average ol' Sydney stuff!
I work a lot and am out and about a lot but am also a home body some times too.. I love the place to feel like a calm oasis.
I need someone clean and tidy. This is a non negotiable.
I am very laid back, social and easy going. This is your home too!
