Tried to be helpful with the points below, but please let me know if you have any questions.

Bills included. Wifi, electricity, gas, water bills included in rent. Also Disney and Netflix is available on the main tv. Stan and prime are available also, but only if I’m not watching it on my phone or tv in my room.

The home is a modern 3 bedroom townhouse right next to a lovely park with a walking track and duck ponds, even leads to foreshore beach and lookout.

First level: spacious lounge room, dining area, modern kitchen, and a guest toilet.

Second level: main bedroom with ensuite (mine), second bedroom, plus the main large bathroom.

Third level: very large the third room. (actually more of a second living space)

For the spare room on the second level, I currently have a single bed, but can be removed! I’ve just left in the case it’s needed/wanted.

The main bathroom is to share for rooms 2 and 3, but I do need to use the bathtub to wash the dogs - I try to do this once weekly. Plus side I will help clean the bathtub! ☺️

Washing machine and dryer. Kitchen has dishwasher. Coffee machine, air fryer, large blender, slow cooker, and juicer.

Living room has a large tv and ps4 and the dinning room is spacious with decent sized table.

Outside, there’s a small backyard ideal for relaxing on the lounge chairs, there is also a netball hoop. There is lovely a front courtyard with table and chairs.

You’ll also be sharing the house with my two cavoodles, Rupert and Winston, they’re sweet, excitable, social pups who love people and bring lots of joy to the home.

The house is bright, well kept, and in a quiet neighbourhood that’s close to shops, cafes, transport, and just a short drive to the beach or the city. Also conveniently very close to the airport.

Parking is pretty good here, I have been parking on the street for 4 months now with no issue.
