About the property
The unit is in brand new conditions and so are the furniture and appliances. The apartment is open and bright with plenty of space. I keep the apartment pretty tidy.
The living room can comfortably accommodate 5+ people if you like to invite friends over or become a home cinema if you want to lay down and watch a movie. I have just added a new 65" OLED LG TV + a 5.1 home theatre system which is perfect for a Netflix session.
All the living room lights are Philip Hue and can be controlled by voice (through one of the 3 Google Home speakers) or from your smartphone. The highlight of the living space is the beautiful ethanol fireplace (from the company I work for).
The unit has a study room ready to use with two desks, four 27 inches monitors (2 per desk) and good lighting. This is perfect for people who are working from home or studying.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, air fryer, mixer + all the stuff you would expect.
The room is very big and has a single bed right now but it can easily fit a double side bed (my previous flatmate had one). It has a built-in wardrobe. It has a 55" TV + Google TV if you want to watch your favourite shows.
You're gonna have your own bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower.
The apartment also has a balcony and plenty of extra storage in case you need it.
The bus station is just 5min from the apartment with buses going to the city every 10min to 15min.
If you want to use the car park (tandem parking) that's an extra $20.00/month.

About the flatmates
You're gonna be sharing the place with a 39-year-old Brazilian working as a product manager/designer and an 2-year-old cavoodle. Lua is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet and will greet you with lots of love each and every time. She's well-behaved and - aside from a pair of thongs - has never destroyed anything.
I'm friendly and I'm looking for someone who can feel at home and share the whole apartment (not just the room).
I like hiking, going to the beach, watching good shows, meeting friends and all the usual stuff. Every now and then I'll have a few friends over for a Brazilian barbecue or some drinks.
I'd prefer to get someone who loves dogs and that doesn't mind taking Lua for a walk or just looking after her if I'm away. I have friends who usually look after her so you don't need to feel obligated to do it (just when you're available).
