Brand new 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a new subdivision. Nature reserve and bus stops visible from the front door!
The room (Bedroom 5 on the ground floor plan) is unfurnished but includes a mirrored built-in wardrobe and comfortably fits a queen or king bed.
We're happy to furnish it with a queen bed, bedside table, and lamp if needed. We're also happy to accommodate if you have other household furniture you want to bring
Shared spaces include:
Two living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs)
Kitchen with two shared fridge and freezer spaces
Large walk-in pantry
Small backyard with a covered patio - perfect for a cuppa in the sun or a relaxed evening hangout and BBQ
There’s plenty of on-street parking, plus garage storage available if you need extra space.
Public transport is easy too - bus stops are less than a 10-minute walk away.

We’re currently a multi-cultural household of five adults, ranging from 19-30, and most of us are part of the LBGTQ+ community.
Myself and my partner Kore are 27 and 30, queer, sharing the master bedroom with Sol the cat. I work in community services, and Kore has experience of hairdressing, administration, customer service, landscaping, and more!
Upstairs in the first room is our housemate R, 22. He is working and studying in the technology and cyber field, as well as having a solid gym routine, so quite busy most days.
The other room upstairs are our newest housemates, H, 19, and I, 19. They are both studying music and joined us just before Christmas. H works in hospitality, and he has a fantastic collection of swords and figurines. I has added her decorative touch to the upstairs, and is slowly gaining Sol's trust
Compatible people :
We’re hoping to find another queer or queer-friendly person or couple who’s kind, respectful, and enjoys a relaxed, low-stress home. We would love to share dinner or Netflix occasionally, but understand that everyone needs time and space to relax
Description of pets :
Sol the orange cat (pictured) is still warming up to the house but getting braver every day. He spends most of his time in the master bedroom, but sometimes comes downstairs at night to check on everyone and beg for treats
