I really love my apartment,it's a two-storey layout with bedrooms located upstairs at the back, which makes them peaceful and quiet. Downstairs there’s a spacious kitchen and dining area, a separate laundry, and a convenient washroom. The balcony overlooks the Parramatta River and is the perfect spot to enjoy a sunrise or sunset.

The apartment is a short 2 minute walk to waters edge with beautiful walks and parks closeby.

The apartment holds a moderate temperature year-round — comfortable in summer thanks to a lovely southerly cross breeze, and warm in winter with the low sun streaming in. I hardly ever use the air conditioning. It’s bright, airy, and clutter-free.

Your Bedroom
I offer a lovely freshly painted spacious bedroom 3m x 3.5m. It has a large built in wardrobe measuring 2.5 x 2.3. It comes with a bedside table, lamp, study desk, rug and office chair. These can be removed if you wish to bring your own bedroom furniture. The bedroom door is lockable from the inside.

Directly opposite your room is your private full size bathroom. It has a shower, bathtub, toilet and vanity. Lockable.

There is a garage storage cage (with some space to share)

Parking is street parking only. Know it can be a challenge at times to get parking close to apartment but you will always get parking.

In case you rely on public transport we have a few options:

1. A 12minute walk to Cabarita Wharf to catch a ferry (F3 line) that will get you to the city in 30mins (my favourite way to travel) or going the opposite direction towards Parramatta.

2. There is the local bus 464 to Burwood Train Station to catch an express train to the city or connect up anywhere in Sydney.

3. There is also OnDemand buses to various locations.

4. The 502 Bus from Cabarita Park that goes to the City during morning peak hours.

Rent is paid fortnightly and always two weeks in advance. This means that when you move in, you’ll pay four weeks’ rent upfront (covering your first two weeks rent and two weeks in advance). After that, rent is due every two weeks.

Internet is included in the rent as well as access to Netflix.

Moving In/Moving Out: Please note, Strata requires a $400 bond (refundable) for moving and moving out.

Note: As you’ll be sharing with me (the owner), I like to be upfront about one house rule: I prefer to keep the home just for those who live here, so no sleepovers. I understand this might not work for everyone, so I just like to mention it early on.
