Hi there,
I have a room to rent for a single female.
Unit is older style block but in an amazing location - I’m right across the road from Brighton-Le-Sands beach so great for summer!
Room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, your own fridge, large built in mirror wardrobe, drawers, shelves etc.
Rent includes electricity and wifi.
Must clean up after yourself, but I’m not a clean freak chasing after you with a broom and mop. Pretty easy going.
I have a teenager and cat but they both keep to themselves and won’t be a bother as we respect your privacy.
Street parking only - No parking available on the property.
Bus stop to Rockdale station outside unit. 6 minute bus trip to Rockdale station or approximately 20 min walk.
2 weeks bond required and rent must be paid at least 1 week in advance.
