It's an older style home, Looking for animal loving Person to house share a 5 bedroom red brick home, with 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms a huge kitchen and undercovered outdoor area..Very relaxed and friendly home. Even though it is only 20 minutes to Penrith and 20 minutes to Narellan and only 15 mins to the new Leppington station.Living here is just beautiful, peaceful. You will be surrounded by chickens, dogs Ruby and Meshia,there isn't a person out there who don't love these two. Cats Raven our clown cat who will have you in fits of laughter and sweet little shy Chanell. Duke the horse who thinks he is God gifts to horses and Lolly the cow who has her own tiktoc, Lolly and friends and loves cuddles. Common areas which we all Share have to be kept clean, tidy and free of clutter which involves cleaning up after yourselves.sharing in the cleaning and leaving it clean for everyone esle.And just be respectful to each other. We would ideally like to see our home being enjoyed by other like-minded, respectful, considerate, tidy and organised people who are team players.
If you're a clean and a tidy person that is respectful and considerate of others, but also enjoy having a chat and a laugh, and would love to have a bit more room to relax on acreage, then this could be the perfect place for you. There is plenty of car parking room.

Everyone is very welcoming here and keeps to themselvs. It is very peaceful and the hosue is always kept neat and tidy. Selena and myself have grew a friendship while living here as Selena has made it feel like home to me and made me feel at home. I hope you and love and enjoy living here as much as I have. You will be sharing with one creative friendly mature female, Another housemates are 2 mature working guys who are both very friendly and easy going you will hardly see most of us as we are all fulltime working.
We normally are all pasting ships in the night, but occasionally get together. Animal lovers is a must!!! It is an older style house. But we like a clean house. Someone who doesn't collect junk The house is owned by the Government so long term stay is ok . It is OK if you smoke as long as smoking is outside. Our dream housemate would be someone who chilled and friendly pays their share of the rent without us having to ask, and will help clean up, if the lawn or outside chores need to be done willing to help with their fair share. Someone who is down to earth and is just a genuine honest kind person.Our motto is simple you break it you fix, you use it you replace it, clean and put it back where things belong.
