The building is a neat older style building with large rooms , plenty of room for movement inside even though it is officially an apartment,. The apartment is the entire upper level of a two level apartment block and we also have a large outside balcony facing the East
We are 200 meters' from Westfield Burwood shopping centre and about 400 meters' to the Burwood train station . The major Strathfield train station is also not far away. The suburb of Burwood is very lively with lots of choices for eating and dining and the local Chinatown is very popular , Burwood Park is very close for outdoors inclined people .
This Room is bright and well ventilated with two large windows and is fully furnished with double bed and some bedding should be available if it is required . there are two large cupboard storage areas for clothing there is also a key for the bedroom door. Internet reception is excellent in this room.The Kitchen is fully equipped with good cupboards for storage plus all cooking equipment and eating utensils are available.
The room will be available to move in on January the first 2026 or whenever will suit you
