Only one person living in the unit. I’m a full-time worker, respectful and clean flatmate.

I have a spacious and delightful bedroom within a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence, boasting an expansive built-in wardrobe and bathed in natural sunlight, offering excellent airflow.

The flat is to be shared only with me, I work full time and spend the weekends outside.

You'll appreciate:

- Get to the city in 20 minutes.
- A mere 500m stroll to Westfield Burwood, where you'll find everything you need.

- Convenient access to the CBD, with a 15-20 minute train ride (limited stops all the time, only 2 stops to Central).

Single $400 per week bills included

For couples: $540 per week + some bills

Water and gas Included for singles.

A $1000 bond is required to secure the place, along with 2 weeks of advanced rent.

21-day notice period for departure applies.
