We’re a small, relaxed household living in a family-owned home. The property belongs to my mum, who you’ll be living with. She’s in her 60s but very young at heart, active, social, and often out and about. When she’s home, she mostly keeps to herself and enjoys a quiet, peaceful environment.
We’re easygoing, respectful, and value a clean, calm and drama-free home. This place would suit someone who’s independent, considerate, and comfortable sharing with an older housemate who’s friendly but not intrusive.
We’re ideally looking for a university student or someone on a working visa, but we’re open to all the right people. For my mum’s comfort, a female housemate is preferred, though we’re still happy to consider anyone who’s a good fit for the household.
