I am single parent female with 2 kids under 5, one is go to school and one will attain day care. They go to bed around 8 pm and wake up 6 ,7,8am depends. No distubace at night they sleep well. I am looking for some one who can share my 2 bedrooms apartment. I got secure basement parking available and storage as well if you got stuffs. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car park secure in basement and study room. Internal laundry. Big enough kitchen. I am from Nepal there is no preference of nationality. Student or some one who works doesn't matter. Need some one tidy and clean and quiet and peaceful loving. To start to livec2 weeks rent and 2 weeks bond required. Single women or man doesn't matter but need to clean and tidy person and who can pay rent on time. Don't like to ask and chase for rent.
