The apartment is 2 bed, 2 bath split level. Aircon/heating in the lounge-room, a balcony which is great for a wine and cheese board or a morning coffee.
A little dining nook/study area and own washing machine, etc etc.
Street parking, however you may be able to jag a visitor parking spot from time to time.
Bills split evenly between us (electricity, gas, internet).
The apartment is in a brilliant location and both bedrooms and the lounge room/balcony look out onto leafy trees.
The building is at the end of cul de sac, so it’s nice and quiet, but only 100m from Paramatta road (bus stop straight to the city) or 50m cut through to Pyrmont Bridge Road.
There are lots of cool cafes around, trendy bars, gyms, parks and close to Newtown/city/Annandale/Glebe.
It’s about 5-10min walk to RPA and USYD.

I am a woman in my 30s and work as a registered nurse. I am looking for someone to move in who is friendly, clean and mindful - not just a stranger sharing a roof.
I am a shift worker inc. monthly night shifts (so need someone who will respect the day sleeps during that time).
I am a non smoker and I am looking for a housemate that is also a non smoker.
I also have a friendly but shy short haired cat named Nina, who mostly keeps to herself (unfortunately we can not have anymore pets). She is very clean and doesn’t disrupt the house or interfere with any furniture.
When I am not at work or sleeping - I enjoy movies/Netflix, audiobooks, exploring national parks, attempting to keep a fitness regime, eating out at new places, checking out cool little bars, live music etc.
I’m a social person but also enjoy my own time and space, and looking for someone similar to that 😊
