I am the owner of the house, I love my house and take good care of it. I do pest control every year, carpet cleaning every year. I maintain the house very well. I’d love someone who is clean and respectful to join.
You will love the house when you come and inspect it. It is exactly the same as what is it in the photo or even better than what it looks in the photo! Very very new bathroom. I always keep it super clean! If you are looking for somewhere that you no longer need to move again, this is the perfect place to live. I don’t like the house being too noisy that’s why I only rent out two rooms. There are two empty bedrooms. My previous housemates sometimes has his parents come over from overseas, so he rented the other rooms. I don’t really mind. But you can choose with bedroom you want to stay at. Haha
However, There is not much public transport around the area. You MUST have a car to live around here. I’m sorry if you don’t have a car, please don’t message me!!! Thank you!!
And also, Your room is opposite the bathroom, very easy access.

About the flatmates
I am a school teacher working 5 days a week. You have another flat mate April, who is a 5 years old standard poodle. She is super gentle and very quiet, never chew on stuff. She is crate trained and very well behaved.
Another lady, she is studying law in uni and working part time. She is very nice and respectful, she lives downstairs. You and I have separate entry with her. So you will rarely see her. She has her separate space.
There will be three of us living in the property including you all of us have our own bathroom.
I am a very chill person, I don’t set rules, however, we all respect each other’s privacy.
My previous housemate is a surgeon he is moving out because he is moving to a hospital at further north in NSW. We always get along well.
I welcome housemate in their 20s and 30s. Strictly No smoker please.
