This to-be fully furnished house is a blank canvas right now! So if you have furniture, this is the perfect time to check it out, otherwise I'll be filling it with nice furniture!

The best thing about this property is the space and comfort!! As it's just been renovated with brand new bathrooms, and floorboards, freshly painted throughout, it's very welcoming and you'll really enjoy your stay! Carlingford Village is 10 minutes walk, Carlingford Court is 15 minutes and bus stops are at your footsteps, just 2 minutes stroll (takes you to Epping Station).

The house is super comfortable to live in. Very spacious shared areas with separate dining and living rooms and a huge traditional kitchen that can fit everyone!

If you don't bring any furniture, your room will be furnished with a bed and mattress (with mattress protector) and desk! All you have to bring are your own blankets and covers, double-bed covers and pillow cases. Some rooms have more things like lamp, mirror etc, and you're always welcome to request items and I'll do my best to get it for you (within reason hahaha)...

The living room is shared with a TV and lounge suite. Kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher are all available. And washing machine and dryer are also supplied.

If you drive, then there is both on-street and off-street parking so convenient as!
