I help manage this two-storey share house in Carlingford, and we’re currently looking for respectful, easy-going tenants to join a well-kept and comfortable home.
The house is located on a quiet residential street and is just a very short walk to Carlingford Shopping Centre, making day-to-day errands and shopping incredibly convenient. It also offers an easy commute to Parramatta City and Western Sydney University, which makes it a great option for students as well as working professionals.
The home is fully set up for shared living — everything is provided, including basic amenities, cooking utensils, and household appliances. You can move in with just your personal belongings and settle in comfortably from day one.
The property is well looked after, and cleaners attend regularly to help maintain shared areas. That said, we do expect all tenants to follow house rules, clean up after themselves, and be considerate of others so the house remains a pleasant place for everyone.
