About the flatmates
Hi! I’m currently organising a new flatmate to temporarily replace me while I’m overseas, but the person you’ll be living with is my current flatmate and best friend.
We’re both entrepreneurs running our own successful businesses, so the home is generally calm, respectful, and well-structured. We really value peace, good communication, and mutual respect. We’re clean, tidy, and take pride in keeping the common areas well looked after — mess isn’t really our thing.
At the same time, we’re very independent people. We respect each other’s space, but we also enjoy sharing a meal or a chat together when we’re both home. It’s a nice balance of privacy and friendliness.
My flatmate works most days Monday to Friday and is often out or busy on weekends too, so the house is usually quiet. There’s also a spare desk/home office area available that the new flatmate is welcome to use.
We’re looking for someone like-minded, respectful, and easygoing to stay for several months while I’m away overseas — someone who appreciates a peaceful, clean home and good energy.
