Hi there, I'm a 33 yo Italo/Australian man living in a 3 bedroom townhouse on my own but my partner, who's the landlord also , is often here with me for dinner.
We're very chilled people and we both work full times jobs, I'm looking for a student who needs a quite place to study or a full time worker.
I need someone who's clean and tidy as we don't have time to clean after others.
Your room will be an ensuite with double built in wardrobe, your own bathroom, air-conditioning and a balcony as well.
The location is in Casula but quite close to Glenfield station as well.
