I have a great room available that's ideal for a couple or a single person looking for their own space. The room is very spacious, comes with an ensuite washroom and an attached private balcony—perfect for relaxing or working from home.
The apartment is fully furnished, and so is your room. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the train station and Westfield mall, making the location super convenient.
I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
A little about me: I'm easygoing, work full-time (Monday to Friday, 9–5) at a bank, and enjoy cricket, good conversations, meals, or the occasional drink. That said, I also value personal space and totally respect if you need yours too.
