We are couple with a two older dogs.

We like to keep things clean and tidy. Enjoy looking after the gardens and pool.

We are pretty friendly, happy to engage but generally do our own thing. It’s not a super-quiet household, definitely not a party house either. On our days off we enjoy playing some music by the pool, gardening, and having a laugh with family and friends. We are respectful of others’ space and looking for a flatmate who’s friendly, easygoing, and has their own life too.

Room comes with shared bathroom ( one other female flatmate) and rent includes house cleaning except for your room but happy to give that a vacuum and mop if you like. We are pretty easygoing and happy to take care of general cleaning around the house, including shared spaces and the fridge. What we do value is basic consideration in shared areas, things like not leaving laundry sitting in the machine for days ( can do your laundry for an extra $25 a week if that helps), rinsing dishes properly before they go in the dishwasher, and storing food well.

We’re looking for someone who’s naturally tidy in these small day-to-day ways and respectful of shared spaces.

Rent also includes all bills such as electricity, internet and gas plus pool cleaning/chemicals and garden maintenance. It’s a bargain really.

We are in Chatswood/ North Lane Cove but really close to transport so great location
