Hey guys we would like to invite you to visit our unique home. It is refurbished in the industrial chic style with bedrooms which are cosy and welcoming. This spacious and character filled 4.5 bedroom, 2 bathroom terrace is located in the heart of Chippendale which borders Glebe, Redfern, Newtown, CBD & Ultimo. It is a stones throw to Sydney’s main attractions, landmarks and facilities. You don’t need a car as transport is very easy to access. Google Home included - the Google Voice activated assistant to help with planning your everyday activities!

The room:

Agreement:
- We will enter into a Room Rental Agreement for long term stay.
- Minimum 3 months are fine but 12 months lease prefer
- 3 weeks notice to vacate is required in writing
- no smokers, illegal drugs users or heavy alcohol users

Housemates we are looking for:
Preference is for easy going, relaxed person(s) who is clean, tidy and respectful. Perhaps someone who is able to keep the house clean ( NOT OCD ) and has time to do some regular cleaning every week ( 2 hours at least ) and or can take care of the house plants and take the bins outside at night. We also have a cleaning roster so please consider if thats something you can commit to.

Housemates:
We are mixed nationalities semi-social busy young professionals in our mid 20s studying and working in a range of different industries ( IT, cyber security, event, management, health )

About the flatmates

We are a mix of students and professionals and would welcome a responsible student or fellow employee. We enjoy each other’s company and often catch up over dinner or a drink at the weekends. All clean and tidy as we go, simple adult stuff which leads to a harmonious living environment.

We would welcome anyone to share our home - the most important criteria for us in choosing a housemate is someone with a relaxed personality to fit into our harmonious environment and cleanliness - we all contribute to keeping the house clean.
