About the flatmates
Hi there, I'm an easy going, positive, clean and responsible person who is looking for a housemate with a similar wavelength to share this house with.
I work in IT space, am respectful towards people and have no qualms about anything in particular except that I like to keep the house clean. I've hung my boots up on crazy parties, so would not expect you to bring yours home. I enjoy my occasional drinks, movies, music and cooking after work (about twice a week), so you're more than welcome to join in as you wish. I respect my flatmate's space, so fairly enough, I expect the same in kind.
Three things I'm particular about are:
1) Cleanliness (not messy)
2) Timely rent.
3) If you're into cooking, I'd prefer someone who doesn't cook everyday, merely so the kitchen is not blocked by an individual every evening. Personally, I do meal prep for a few days every time I cook.
If you are into drugs or have a toxic lifestyle, interests will not be entertained.
