About the property
I have two rooms available for $250pw for both negotiable. There is space available in the garage to store anything you don't need to use in the house.
Short-term accommodation is absolutely fine.
I work night shifts, I'm easy-going, have no criminal history, and hold a valid Working With Children Check.
I wouldn't have visitors, so the environment remains calm and comfortable for both of us.
The only concern I have is I can't cope with the pressure if you have a crazy ex partner I need to deal with.
I experienced it with the last house share mate and I don't want to go through it again.

Bus stop around the corner, St Clair shops 2 minutes drive. Train station 10 minutes drive.
