About the property

This is a huge room in a spacious house in a quiet and very conveniently located suburb.

As the house is easily separated into front and back sections, we are looking for a female to share the front part of the house with Bek. This front section has 2x bedrooms, a lounge room, dining room, and bathroom.

Mark chooses not to use these areas, so it's a case of just two females enjoying the benefits of a large house and garden, but sharing the rent with a third 'silent' partner.

About the flatmates

Hey!

Bek is a nurse working at Concord Hospital.
Mark is a residential support worker working for a not-for-profit in the inner-west.

Bek is away weekends and Mark spends most of his home time in his studio at the back of the garage.
The house is a place for us to rest and relax after work. We keep the place tidy and are very considerate of noise and space.

This is a chill and quiet house.
Visitors are welcome, but some warning would be appreciated.
