We are an older multicultural couple, retired teachers. We are looking for:

-Genuinely easy going and adaptable
-Non smoker
-Fully vaccinated
-Virus cautious
-Able to comply/respect rules
-With integrity and honesty
-Organised, responsible and self-managed (we are not able to give constant support)
Preferable:
-overseas university students, financially independent students, professional workers on a low income.
- house sharing experience, if possible with older and/or multicultural people
-renter able to occasionally help with repair and gardening (few hours only)
