About the flatmates
I am in my mid 30s, and a professional tradesman. I enjoy riding my Harley, going to the gym regularly and restoring cars. I also have an old dog called Harley. He is a friendly American Staffie.
I live in the ground floor area of the house. My 2 house mates will occupy the second level of the house which has a great kitchen, shared bathroom, three bedrooms, lounge, dining area and two great external balconies. There is plenty of room for two people!
The neighbourhood is quiet and ideally within walking distance of a great shopping centre and public transport. The property is a wonderful, private oasis, set back from the road, surrounded by trees and boasts a good sized backyard.
The house is furnished and equipped, including a washing machine dryer and television.
I want 2 reliable, mature housemates who are easygoing, get on well with others, tidy and respectful. It is important that my housemates muck in with general household duties and yard maintenance.
