We are conveniently located in a quiet street just a 4-minute stroll from Croydon station with a direct line to the city in 15 minutes.

Fully furnished bedrooms consisting of a queen bed, side tables, lights.
Queen room has a desk and chair (not on photo) and extra underneath bed drawers for storage.

Master room has a large built in mirrored wardrobe and a private bathroom. Rooms come with air conditioner.

We’re looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful of the space whilst living with others. Required to participate in weekly cleaning chores. Not a party house but you’re welcome to have friends over a meal/movie/game night.

Room is ideal for a couple, single occupancy also considered.
