There is a shared front yard area with fire pit, umbrella, tables and chairs (perfect hang spot for after the beach or an arvo bev)! Bedroom includes a built in wardrobe (floor plan image is outdated) with ceiling fan and block out blinds, all you need to bring is a bed!

Hey, I’m Phoebe!
I am 28 years old and work full time as a Product Deceloper for the surf brand Volcom. I grew up in Newcastle but lived in the Northern Beaches from 2018-2024 when I was relocated to the Gold Coast for work. I am now being relocated back to the beaches for the long term and have locked in this pad in Curl curl (stoked)! I have a lot of love for the local area, you will catch me frequenting freshie chickens and freshie mex hahaha.
I like to keep a place tidy and fresh so ideally would be looking for a roommate who does the same. At home, I like to lay low and keep to myself, however, It would be great to find someone who can also be a friend to chat to after work or have a wine with on the weekend!
When not at work, I spend a lot of my time at the beach so for someone who is similar, this location is ideal! I love the gym, a morning walk and spending time with friends. As I grew up in Newcastle, I tend to go back there for a lot of events and to see family. I will also be heading to the Gold Coast a fair bit for work so I won’t be around 24/7.
