Easy going mother with 2 older teenage children looking for a flatmate, large garage conversion room with own locked door. We only occupy the home 1 week out of a fortnight as stay at partners home on other week. Full access to living room no one else uses, laundry facilities with downstairs toilet, full use of kitchen and all contents for cooking and eating facilities. All bills including Internet, streaming services included in rent, nothing else to pay.
