CBD: 10-minute walk
Oxford Street/Aldi: 3-minute walk
Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, train stations all around within a 1 to 10 minute walk. Literally around the corner from the famous Stanley Street parties. One of the most popular streets at the start of Spring where hundreds of people come to take pictures with the Jacarandas, and I think the street is actually famous for something because we often see tour groups stopping near the house...

We're a friendly, clean house, so we're looking for someone who resonates with that environment, someone we can call a friend rather than just a flatmate. However, we all need our down-time, we respect that, and often enjoy time to ourselves. Tidiness and general cleanliness are very important to us, we want the house to feel like a home where people can feel comfortable and relaxed.

Rent Includes: Professional cleaning every 2 weeks, water, internet, Netflix
Excludes: Electricity and gas which is split between 6 of us every quarter, budget for $15 per person per week for both.
