Hi all!
We have a room available in Darlinghurst at an incredible location and we are looking for someone friendly and respectful who is looking for a home to share.
Our home is a 10 minute walk away from museum and Kings Cross station so if you work in the city and want to cut down on your commute time (and add into your bed time), this is definitely the place.
We are walking distance from great Japanese, Indian, Chinese and Italian restaurants , so each and every craving can be satisfied. Want to reclaim your Fridays and save on pricey ubers? Well we are 3 blocks or so away from Oxford and Stanley st and their many bars and Pubs to enjoy the weekend.
Enjoy running and working out? There's two 24hr gyms nearby and the Domain gardens are a 15min walk away, the perfect place for a scenic running session.
The house is a 3 level house with a courtyard, which allows for everyone to have their own space.
There is a bbq in the courtyard for those who like to host dinners. The house is fully furnished and has a completely equipped kitchen (inclusive of microwave, gas stove, etc) and theres a detached laundry room.
About the room, it comes furnished (except for linen) or unfurnished(if preferred) and has plenty of natural light. It has direct access to a half bathroom which is shared with one housemate.

I am Clau, originally from South America but Australian by choice (aka I am a citizen). I love all things art and I work in fashion merchandising so 9-5. While not a party person I do enjoy music gigs as well as sharing food and wine with friends.
The other housemate is Ana, She is an embryologist. She works Monday to Friday too. She is into running and enjoys sharing food.
There is an unofficial housemate named Tabi, she is four and a cat, she is not like other cats (I'm biased) and she mostly keeps to herself in my room.
We are having this room available as our long term housemate is making the move to Melbourne for work.
