Bills:
Utility ( electricity ⁄ internet bills ) and cleaning expenses are not included and are shared between housemates (approx. $25 - $55 per week) - Wifi is free. We also put a one-off household fund together to support the property and shared space ( it does make sense when it comes to clean home ).

Contract:
We can enter into a Room Rental Agreement for longer term stay.
Ideal future housemates :
Preference is for easy going, relaxed independent who like aminals, is quiet, clean & tidy and respectful. It would be great if you enjoy a glass of wine or beer or coffee with us from time to time but not required.
Characteristic of this home:
*This is a home and is furnished with lots of furniture and house plants ( I am plants addicted and love spending time in gardening so you will find plants around the house ). The house is kept clean but is probably not suitable for a person who is OCD about neat and orderly furnishings - I know what most people like to live in but our home is not a display house:) ( I work part time for a staging company around the city and I know how to set up a space / place to make you will pay more money on the same thing lol Thats my work and I just dont like living in a staging home without actual living touches. However, I can share with you more about my work if we become housemate )
*We try to be sustainable by recycling and growing some of our own vegetables and herbs. This home is good for someone who is into sustainable living.

*We have a shared car and we can help you to move your luggage if your current home is not too far from us.
