5 min walk to Redfern train station and Darlington universities, 9 min UTS & 7 min Sydney Uni Sports Gym & Pool, The University of Sydney, 12 min walk Chinatown. Lots of students live in this area because it is safe and convenient. There are 10+ cafes within a 2 min walk.

Car park available for extra fee.

- Clean, respectful people only that agree to a cleaning roster.
- A bond of 4 weeks rent is required before moving in to secure a room.
- Currently there are a mix of student and professionals aged between 20 - 30 years old.
