This spacious terrace is located in the heart of DARLINGTON/REDFERN which borders Glebe, Newtown, Pyrmont,Ultimo and CBD. It is a stones throw to Sydney’s main attractions, landmarks and facilities. You don’t need a car as transport is very easy to access.

** This is a home and is furnished with lots of furniture and house plants. The house is kept clean but is probably not suitable for a person who is OCD about neat and orderly furnishings - our home is not a display house:)

** We try to be sustainable by recycling and growing some of our own vegetables and herbs. We are looking for someone who is into sustainable living.

** We are looking for a quiet person who keeps busy with their own work/study schedule during the week.

** No video inspections as we wish to meet and get to know you in person although I complete presentations for work every day. We can arrange inspection using face masks, social distancing, if that would help.
