About the flatmates
There are currently 4 students living in the house. One of them is leaving after a 2 year tenancy and therefore his room is available for rent. The other tenants are 2 females and 1 male. All tenants are in their mid 20th and are serious about their studies. Their areas of study / interest are science, acting, law and plants. It is a friendly and respectful household but not a party place. This of course that doesn't mean that you can't have a party. Of course you can. It does however mean that parties are not weekly or random events.
I am the landlord and I manage the property myself. I have a good relationship with the tenants which I treasure.
