Hi my name is Hayden and I am one of the tenants that will be managing this rental on behalf of our landlords that are elderly and that lives in a seperated part of the house downstairs, myself and other house mates are clean and quite and respectful to all and each other,the the house in a great location with bus stops right out front that go south east west and northern line buses that take U to anywhere in Sydney, also meters away is dolls point beach with a local sailing club and all types of shops are in walking distance plus a chicken shop directly across the road,it's a beautiful location for a reasonable price,
