Small 2 bedroom cottage(stand alone house, NOT caravan/annexe) located at the rear boundary of the permanent resident section of Ingenia caravan park, Dural. Nice view out windows of lawned acreage & dam beyond boundary.
Sunny aspect with privacy screen of trees in small backyard.
Quiet area with good neighbors
No available parking space except with discussion via manager of parking(cost) 100m away or free parking bays at front of park near main road. While I am out of Sydney may park small car in my parking space no charge.
Bus stop directly opposite park. Not sure of destinations or timetable (you would need to look this up).
Bedroom available is unfurnished & small.
A/C in lounge area, 60” Sony TV/dvd player. Kitchen has air fryer, microwave, & oven. Bathroom & laundry are combined. Has front loader washing machine. All working order(12mths old) .

Studying on campus at University of Canberra part time at least till June. So I’ll only be in Sydney 3-4 days every week. So you’ll have place to yourself most of time. But because of this I need a responsible trustworthy, honest tenant as the house is currently furnished except for spare room & tenant can use what is here but with the same care as if you put your own hard earn $ into buying the furniture etc..
I have a small dog which comes to Canberra with me. Also have canary who will stay in Sydney. If prospective tenant has a pet prefer small dog not a male cat. The cottage is located on the back boundary area of the permanent residents section of Hills Ingenia caravan park
