We’ve got three private rooms opening up in our big, comfortable 7-bedroom home in East Killara. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with heaps of space to chill, study, work, and actually enjoy life, this place really delivers.

🏡 The House

A large two-storey home with:
- Multiple living areas filled with natural light
- Modern kitchen with gas cooking, stone benchtops, and all appliances (air fryer, espresso machine, blender, etc.)
- Huge backyard with lawn, BBQ area, and pool
- Secure gated entry + double garage + easy street parking
- Quiet, leafy street close to Chatswood, Lindfield, and Gordon

🛏 Rooms Available - From $400–$450/week (bills included)
We have three private rooms available, each furnished and ready to move into (we're flexible if you want your own furniture etc):

All rooms include:
- A comfortable bed
- Storage (wardrobe + drawers) - or whatever you need really
- TV + air conditioning (one room doesn't have it but can probably organise a small portable one)
- Shared bathroom access (4 bathrooms)

Exact pricing depends on room size (two at $400/week, one at $450/week).
Flexible length of stay - ideal for students, workers, or anyone wanting stability.

🎮 The Vibe

The house is social when it happens naturally, but also super chill and respectful.
- You’ll have access to:
- Board games, ping pong, poker setup
- Big TVs with Xbox + PlayStation
- Outdoor basketball hoop + pool
- Home gym gear (bench, dumbbells, yoga mats)
- High-speed NBN Wi-Fi

And of course - Freya, our friendly Staffy who loves everyone and brings good vibes.
