● The area is East Killara, near Killara Station. It's close to Lindfield, Roseville, Chatswood, Gordon, Pymble, and St Ives. It's midway between the city and Horsby, making it convenient for work in any direction. Because it's on the Upper North Shore, it's a mix of lush forest and upscale residential areas.

● Because it's part of the Ku-ring-gai Council area, it's densely wooded and has plenty of spacious playgrounds, allowing you to experience local Australian life.

● Safety is paramount when living abroad. While Sydney is considered safe, you've probably heard reports of gunshot wounds in some areas. You've also heard reports of knife attacks on passersby, making it extremely dangerous. Killara is known as a safe and pleasant neighbourhood in Sydney.

● If you have a car, please park on the street. The streets are wide, so there's no stress.

● Kitchenware, dishes, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are provided.

● A refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, capsule coffee machine, and shared audio system are provided.

● An LG 10kg washing machine (suitable for blanket washing) and a dryer are provided.

● If you catch fish while fishing, we provide them free of charge to those who request them.

● During the winter months of June, July, and August, you must request the use of electric heaters (electric blankets, oil heaters). If you have a large TV, please let the owner know in advance. Electricity rates in Australia are very high, so using them without permission is a nuisance to others.

● Regular hairdressing equipment (hair dryers, curling irons) is acceptable.

● Short-term stays of 2-3 days are available for family visits, language studies, surfing, golfing, or Sydney trips. Please inquire.
