A furnished room in Granny Flat is available on Tuesday, the 10th of February 2026. The granny comes with a complete kitchen and main appliances. The bedroom is bright and furnished with a wardrobe, a single bed, a computer desk, a chair and a heater. One large bathroom to share and there’s another toilet in the laundry room. Wi-Fi is provided and included in the rent.

The granny is close to some shopping centres such as Top Ryde, Macquarie Centre, and Eastwood village. A similar distance to Eastwood train station, Macquarie University Metro station, Macquarie Uni, Ryde TAFE and Le Codon Bleau (LCB).
There’s also a small shopping complex, just a short stroll away from the granny. The shopping complex offers products and services for our daily needs e.g. a newsagent, post office, medical centre, few restaurants and take away shops, etc.

Plenty of on-street parking in front of the granny.

We are looking for a mature and Non-smoker FEMALE student or professional who is happy to keep their own bedroom and common areas clean and tidy.

A 4-weeks bond with a minimum of a 6-months stay is required. The Price is $290/week. Weekly rent includes electricity, water, and internet.
