The best thing about this property is the comfort!! As it's recently renovated, it's very welcoming and you'll really enjoy your stay! Eastwood town centre is just a 10 minute stroll away, whilst the train station is 15 minutes away. Catching a bus takes just around half an hour to get to virtually anywhere! Eg. Macquarie University, TAFE NSW, Top Ryde, Rhodes, etc etc.

The house is very comfortable to live in. Very spacious shared areas and the backyard is spacious and we'll put some nice furniture there so instead of working from home, you can work-from-backyard!

There's also a shared study nook that anyone can use if they prefer to do some work/reading/surfing on a desk not in their room.

Your room will be furnished with a bed and double mattress (with mattress protector) and desk! All you have to bring are your own blankets and covers, double-bed covers and pillow cases. Some rooms have more things like lamp, mirror etc, and you're always welcome to request items and I'll do my best to get it for you (within reason hahaha)...

The living room is shared with a TV and lounge suite. Kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher are all available. And washing machine and dryer are also supplied.

If you drive, then there is both on-street and off-street parking so convenient as!

Please note the photos are stylised images and the furniture will look quite very different. So don't take the photos too seriously, though you can always buy the blankets and cushions to look like the room photos!
