This house is grand and beautiful. There are three separate living spaces (lounge room, library/sitting room and dining room) so we all still have our private space when we need it.

On the floorplan, the available rooms are bedroom 2 and 3. Bedroom three has double French doors that open onto the balcony (so good for fresh air) and wardrobes that we have put in.

Bedroom two is nice and big with large windows but does not have any wardrobes or storage.

There are also two shower and toilets that are shared (one has the laundry inside). There’s also lots of sections of the house we you can close off with doors which helps when flatmates have people over etc.

We have a separate laundry room, and a large storage garage out the back.

We don’t have issues finding parking on the street right outside but we do occasionally park in the back car port.

The kitchen is spacious (perfect if you love cooking) and we have all the appliances you could need including a dishwasher.

The house is always brightly lit with natural light, and don’t forget our huge front and back yard. As we’re on a corner block, we also can’t hear or see any neighbours which is nice and private.

We also have a border collie called Zubi. He is very friendly and loves pats and is of course only allowed in our bedroom and living spaces, and often plays outside.
