The flat is in a very quiet area of Edgecliff, right next to trumper oval! It’s a 5 min walk to Edgecliff train station and five ways, also only a 10 min walk into Paddington!
$425 for a week
The room will come fully furnished:
Bedroom: double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, drawers, air conditioning and loft storage if needed! I will also provide clean bedding and towels for you!
Kitchen: air fryer, oven, microwave, kettle (all the usual stuff)
You will have a washing machine and tumble dryer you can use whilst you are here too!

About the flatmates
Hey, looking for someone to sublet my room in edgecliff for 12 days whilst I am away.
You will be living with 2 girls aged 25. One is Australian works full time so is out of the house during the week and the other is English and is currently looking for work.
Very respectful of noise during the week- as 2/3 of us work full time mon-Fri. Weekends we enjoy spending time together in the flat- watching movies or cooking. But also understand if people just want time to themselves!
