Inside, the home is spacious and beautifully maintained, with a generous kitchen, multiple living areas and easy access to laundry and outdoor spaces. There are two living rooms, so plenty of places to wind down.

About the flatmates
We’re a professional couple in our 40s with a spacious family home in Elanora Heights, just above Narrabeen Beach.
We have two lovely children aged 14 and 10, and a very fluffy, friendly Birman cat.
Both of us run our own online businesses and work from home. We’re active and family-centred. We love coastal walks, swimming, good food, a glass of wine, board games and creating a beautiful, calm home environment.
We’re social and enjoy entertaining occasionally, but we value a tidy, respectful household and it’s not a party house.
We’re looking for a respectful, tidy and emotionally mature person who is comfortable living in a family home and values a peaceful environment.
Please note: as this is a family home with children, the tenant would be the only additional occupant entering and exiting the property at any time.
