Hey guys welcome to this beautiful freshly renovated modern lush townhouse in Newtown/Enmore. Nearly all the rooms have a skylight which makes the house very bright and lovely. This place is fully furnished. The room up for grab is also fully furnished.
This is a lovely 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with a nice little backyard for sun bathing during the hot aussie summer.
We try to keep to house nice, and tidy. Everyone appeciates clean communual places.
The house has a prime location on James St just a short stroll away from all the Newtown attractions and train stations. Its on a quite, tucked away street with lots of free street parking available.
You will be sharing the bathroom with only one person.

I am 31 and full-time working in the solar panel business/Sparky. I am a very chill and easy going person. I don’t smoke but don’t mind smoking around me. I like having clean communal spaces and will input to keep the house clean and tidy. I am at work, so I am out and about in the world most days. When I get home I enjoy having my own quiet space. I am into snorkelling, camping, spearfishing, surfing, boating(wake boarding etc) gardening and 4x4 adventures. I love sharing some time with housemates and enjoy dinners and wine with friends/housemates. I am passionate about drinks and food so you are more than welcome to enjoy my cocktails/wine selections with a lovely dinner.
Ulas(he/him)30: he is completing his electrical training so he is mostly out and about most of the days. He likes to have his own quite space but doesn't mind a cheeky bevy or dinner any time and always up for a chat.
We all enjoy going out for gigs, discover little secret art/music events around the town time to time.
We love having people over in our household. Enjoy the sun or have bbq with friends, or have dinners together.
We are looking for someone who is calm and relaxed, good at communication, and who can contribute to the housework which- is mostly keeping the communal places clean.
