The house has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, separate living / dining areas, a covered outdoor entertaining area (with a built in BBQ) and air conditioning upstairs.
The house is located in a great spot - it's within walking distance to Newtown Station (only 8 minutes) and very close to Enmore Road high-street. We are located along multiple bus routes, giving you quick access to the Inner-West and city (+ it's only 15 minutes by bus to the Sydenham Train/Metro station).

About the flatmates
There are 4 of us: Will, Hamish, Max and Isaac (aged 24 - 25), either working full time or studying. We are a social group who enjoy having a drink together, watching TV, playing games etc but we equally respect each others space!
We aren’t massive party goers. We would much rather have a cocktail night at the house with friends, and we are looking for people who are social in the same way!
Will works for the Government! Hamish enjoys playing rugby and works as a bartender (it's great to have a professional in the house to shake up a fresh cocktail). Max works in finance, and also loves rugby! Isaac works in Marketing, loves cooking and hosting dinner parties, so sometimes there's a sweet treat in the house.
We're open to anyone - full time workers, students or travellers! Shoot us a message and we can organise to meet :)
